"Carrie" is a minor character on the sitcom Home Improvement. She was portrayed by actress Tudi Roche. Carrie appears in only one episode of the show, which aired during season 3. She is a friend of Jill's from college and is invited to stay with the Taylors for a few days while she looks for work. Carrie is described as a free spirit and a bit of a "hippie." She and Tim get into a heated argument over politics, but eventually make peace. Carrie ultimately finds a job and moves on from the Taylor household.
